Recognition of Rinke Noonan
This year, CMLS has chosen to recognize the law firm of Rinke Noonan for its outstanding efforts to meet the legal needs of low-income clients within the 7th District. Attorneys at the firm have been volunteering at CMLS for over thirty years, and combined, donate countless hours each year toward meeting the needs of low-income clients in the community.
Beyond advising and representing low-income clients, David Meyers, a partner at the firm, was the driving force at the Law Help Center (formerly the Stearns County Law Library) in finding ways to utilize law library fees to increase service to people needing legal help.
Most recently, attorneys at the firm have been a large part of the weekly legal advice clinic CMLS hosts in St. Cloud, advising over 35% of the total clinic participants since the clinic began.
