Financially eligible clients who either reside in or have a civil legal matter in Big Stone, Chippewa, Kandiyohi, Lac Qui Parle, Lincoln, Lyon, Meeker, Renville, Swift, and Yellow Medicine counties, may register for a free 20-minute phone appointment with a volunteer attorney.
